It was better than excellent, super nice and cozy. When we walked through the door we were blown away with all of the small things the host left for us, snacks, water bottles, even makeup wipes and toothbrushes in case you left them behind! 10/10 recommend!

Extremely quiet street for anchorage and it’s right next to the airport! About 10-15 mins from any major fun or work related places you may need to get to Nice little spot cozy and warm. Loved the wood cabin vibe of the space Will stay again if work takes me this way again

Our family has stayed at several AirBnBs in the Anchorage area in the last few months and last couple of years, including a few with our dog. Almost all were perfectly acceptable places where we would happily stay again. Perfect Parker Place exceeded them all. With or without our dog, it was very welcoming and comfortable. For anyone with a dog, it is the sweetest! Jennifer provided a dog bed to fit our dog along with dog treats and a toy. There was a goodie basket for the dog with everything you would need and more, plus a toy. The small side yard was perfect for letting her outside with the tools handy for clean-up. There was an abundant supply of pet blankets to protect furniture, too. For humans, there was a goodie basket, too, and yummy chocolates and mints throughout the place. I loved how the back bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area/tea room could be shut-off like a separate suite. If you have the opportunity to stay at Perfect Parker Place, don't hesitate - book it!

Yeah, such an amazing and inviting place to stay while we were in Alaska. The hosts were so accommodating some of the most communicative Airbnb hosts that I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for true Alaskan charm, beautiful Mountain views coziness that only Alaskan host can offer at an extremely accessible location in the center of Anchorage tons of trail accessibility around the area. I can’t say enough good.

Perfect BNB for a multigenerational family with kids and pets. Our small sweet poms got their own lil bed with treats and toys. We all loved the bnb! We all got our own rooms with bathrooms. Kids loved the downstairs pool area. Loved this bnb would book again🩷

Had a phenomenal stay at the prop stop, felt right at home! Wonderful host and co-hosts. Everyone was super attentive and it made our stay memorable and relaxing. The hosts accommodated our animals and even made them feel welcome with their own beds, blankets, toys and treat baggies! Will highly recommend the prop stop to friends and family who come to visit as well as other spouses who come through town with the military.

This house is one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, anywhere! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We were only there 2 days for some medical appointments, but you could be comfortable for a much longer stay. We did not use the kitchen, but it was particularly well stocked. Jennifer provided a few snacks as well, and these were very welcome after a long day of appointments. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens were high quality. The floorplan is excellent, providing plenty of common space for socializing but also plenty of privacy for sleeping. There is a fenced area for pets as well! This property is ideally located for anyone visiting for medical care at either Providence or Alaska Regional hospitals and is also very close to OPA. Jennifer was great at communicating and was also very generous in allowing a later checkout as a bridge between my surgery discharge and our flight home. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer’s home was the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in! The place was incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. She even went the extra mile for our pups! She laid out beds for each of them and had brand new toys and more treats than they could eat! When we go back to Anchorage we WILL be planning our trips around the availability of this home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home itself was quiet, restful, private, and comfortable. We stayed for over a month and felt right at home. Lots of cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Lots of running and skiing along nearby (5-minute car ride or less) trails in our free time. We really appreciated Jennifer and DaLonna were so gracious, kind and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt very welcomed and cared for -- our pup included! We have already booked another stay in a few months!
